A toddler from Ghana has earned the title of the world’s youngest male artist in the Guinness Book of Records. Ace-Liam Ankrah’s artistic journey began when he accidentally discovered acrylic paints at just six months old, while his artist mother was working. To keep him entertained, she set up a canvas on the floor for him to explore. His first piece, called “The Crawl,” emerged from this playful interaction.
His mother decided to apply for the record title and Ace-Liam held his first exhibition in January 2024, where most of his paintings sold. Guinness World Records later confirmed him as the youngest male artist at one and a half years old. Now the toddler is two, he continues to paint with enthusiasm in a special corner of his mother’s studio. His family hopes this international recognition will inspire other parents to nurture and encourage their children’s creative talents.
