Former secretary for public affairs for the US Department of the treasury, Monica Crowley, recently warned of “catastrophic” consequences if the US Dollar loses its status as the world’s reserve currency.
It would begin a “complete implosion of the global economic system” and “the end of the US Dollar” Crowley predicted in a fox news Saturday interview. This goes back to those production contracts Kim Goguen spoke about in the March 29th World Situation Report. As we know, almost all of the world’s commodities are denominated in dollars. That means that the demand created by the world’s commodities production is met by the supply of the United States dollars issued from the Alpha System through the Federal Reserve, that is when the Fed held a contract with the Office of the Guardian.
The Federal Reserve’s contract expired officially with the Office of the Guardian on June 15th, 2012, however, a 10-year extension was granted which expired officially in June 2022. Although the Office of the Guardian offered to negotiate with the Federal Reserve under new terms, thus far Fed officials have declined.
The United States dollar, in order to survive the change over to a multipolar world must be prepared to fill the gaps. Just how is that done? The solution is simple. We must act quickly to issue new “demand or production contracts” and support the dollar with gold while simultaneously supporting every nation’s currency with gold. At the same time, all nations must agree to trade between themselves in gold, or in this case gold-backed currencies which is basically the same thing.
If done properly the world will not see a decline in the value of the dollar, but many nations will see a true value to their respective currencies based on real numbers, not those issued by the IMF.
The IMF currently issues currency values based on the GDP of a nation minus its commodity exports plus, and this is a big plus, “its own geopolitical views”.
In the new system none of that manipulation applies, and this is something the nations of the world, including the US and China will have to consider heavily as the way forward.
