In Western Australia, a unique art exhibit called “Giants of Mandurah” features giant trolls made from recycled natural materials. These trolls represent the creation stories of the Aboriginal people while promoting eco-consciousness. Each giant took 750 hours to build, with local volunteers helping, and all work was done on-site to draw inspiration from nature.
Combining modern environmentalism and childhood wonder, this immersive experience highlights the importance of preserving and exploring nature. The exhibit also includes an adventurous game called “The Rhythm of Raindrops,” where visitors use clues to find hidden giants. The “Giants of Mandurah” honors the Indigenous heritage of the land, providing an opportunity for deeper understanding and connection.
